Mary Ann McPherson

     Mary Ann McPherson was born circa 1902 at Oakwood, Victoria Co., Ontario, Canada. She and Wilbert Earl Melville Luke, son of George Wilbert Luke and Sarah Jane Johnston, were married by Reverend J. A. Conwell on Tuesday, 15 February 1921. His name was registered as Earl Wilbert Melville Luke, age 23, farmer, bachelor, Methodist, living in Creswell, intending to live in Oak Wood. She was 19, house keeper, spinster, Methodist. They were able to read and write. Christina Conwell and Mary H. Thorndyke witnessed the marriage.
