Donald MacDonald

     Donald MacDonald was born circa 1889 at Atherly, Simcoe Co., Ontario, Canada. He and Elizabeth Ashman, daughter of Thomas Ashman and Sarah Shaw, were married by Reverend R. Aikenhead on Thursday, 21 November 1918 at Toronto, York Co., Ontario, Canada. They were both listed as being single. He was aged 29, farmer, Presbyterian, living in Orillia, intending to live in Toronto. She was aged 24, living at 95 Cooper Ave., Toronto, Methodist. George Ashman and Audrey Ashman witnessed the marriage. He was listed as the informant on the death registration of Sarah Shaw. Donald died in 1982.
