Audrey Johnson

     Audrey Johnson was born circa 1899 at Coldwater, Simcoe Co., Ontario, Canada. She and George Ashman, son of Thomas Ashman and Sarah Shaw, were married by Reverend F. E. Malott on Tuesday, 12 March 1918 at Orillia, Simcoe Co., Ontario, Canada. They were both listed as being single. He was age 21, labourer, living in Longford Mills, Methodist. She was age 19, living in Coldwater, farmers daughter, Presbyterian. Carolyn Malott and Mary A. Pyne witnessed the marriage. She witnessed the marriage of Donald MacDonald and Elizabeth Ashman. Audrey died on Tuesday, 26 June 1979. She was buried at St. Andrew's Cemetery, Orillia, Simcoe Co., Ontario, Canada.
