William P. Foy

     William P. Foy was born circa 1829 at Ireland. He and Clara Matilda Ann Hebner, daughter of Daniel Hebner and Nancy Mustard, were married by Reverend I. McEwen on Wednesday, 2 July 1884 at Brantford, Brant Co., Ontario, Canada. She was recorded as being single, age 25, born Oxford Twp., living in Oxford Twp. He was listed as age 55, widow, painter, born Ireland, living in Ingersol. Mrs. (?) Vanbickle and Elijah Vanbickle witnessed the marriage. He appeared as household head on the census of 25 April 1891 at Oxford North Twp., Oxford Co., Ontario, Canada. William died on Monday, 12 December 1904 at Woodstock, Oxford Co., Ontario, Canada, of heart disease. His address was 39 Givens Street and his occupation was painter. Dr. A. T. Rice attended at the death.
