Lilian Bertha Maud Gibson

     Lilian Bertha Maud Gibson was born on Friday, 18 January 1895 at Mariposa Twp., Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada. She and George Percy Johnston, son of Benjamin Johnston and Mary Alice Luke, were married by Baptist Minister Donald B. MacQueen on Wednesday, 11 July 1923 at Sonya, Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada. He was 27, bachelor, brakeman, Methodist, born in Mariposa Twp., living in Lindsay, able to read and write. She was 27, spinster, music teacher, Presbyterian, born and living in Mariposa Twp., able to read and write. Silas J. Johnston and Florence May Gibson witnessed the marriage. Lilian died in 1959 at Belleville, Ontario, Canada, at age 63 years.
