William Percy Dyer

     William Percy Dyer was born on Sunday, 8 November 1891 at Pickering Twp., Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada, and his father was the informant. Dr. (?) Warren and Dr. (?) Moore attended at the birth. He witnessed the marriage of Benjamin Leitch and Jessie Lavina Smart. He and Emily Leitch, daughter of Samuel Leitch and Martha Ann Phoenix, were married by Reverend R. Rimington (Mennonite Minister) on Monday, 8 March 1915 at Zephyr, Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada. She was 17, born and living in Zephyr, spinster, Presbyterian. He was 23, born in Pickering Twp., living in Zephyr, bachelor, farmer, Presbyterian. There is an Affidavit attached to the reigstration, signed by Samuel Leitch, stating that he gives his consent for Emma to be married. David Elliott and Almeda Meyer witnessed the marriage. He witnessed the stillbirth of Male Dyer on 14 August 1918 at Lot 21, Concession 4, Scott Twp., Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada.
