Pearl May Jordan

     Pearl May Jordan was born on Thursday, 15 February 1906 at Pine Orchard, Whitchurch Twp., York Co., Ontario, Canada, and her name was registered as Perley May. James Albert Jordan was the informant. She and Ivan Franklin Comer, son of Hiram Chesley Coomer and Elizabeth Leitch, were married by Minister A. J. Maws on Wednesday, 24 January 1923 at Newmarket, York Co., Ontario, Canada. He was 18 years and 4 months, bachelor, farmer, Methodist, born and living in Mount Albert, and his surname was written as Comer. She was 17 years and 2 months, spinster, housekeeper, Methodist, born Whitchurch, living in Mount Albert. Both were able to read and write. Frank Kirton and Mrs. F. Kirton witnessed the marriage. She and Clarence Breen were married. Pearl died on Saturday, 23 December 1995 at the Braeside Lodge, Mount Albert, York Co., Ontario, Canada, at age 89 years, 10 months and 8 days. She was buried on Wednesday, 27 December 1995 at Zion Cemetery, Zephyr, Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada.
