Dr. Richard Blanchard

     Dr. Richard Blanchard was born in 1885 at Scott Twp., Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada. He and Phoebe Ella Cook, daughter of Jesse Cook and Martha E. Raham, were married by Methodist Minister John A. Petch on Wednesday, 30 September 1914 at Sandford, Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada. She was 27, born and living in Scott Twp., spinster, Methodist. He was 29, living in Griswold Manitoba, born Scott Twp., Bachelor, Medical Doctor, Anglican. Francis George Llewellyn Cook and James Blanchard witnessed the marriage. Richard died on Monday, 17 May 1971 at Toronto, York Co., Ontario, Canada, at age 86 years.
