Clucas witnessed the marriage. He was listed as the informant on the death registration of Albert Cook. John died on Saturday, 17 October 1942 at Ontario, Canada, at age 48 years, 3 months and 8 days. He was buried at Prospect Cemetery, Toronto, York Co., Ontario, Canada.
