Sidney Roy McDonald

     Sidney Roy McDonald was born in 1902 at Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada. He and Myrtle Viola Johnston, daughter of Benjamin Johnston and Mary Alice Luke, were married by United Church Minister George Nickle on Wednesday, 26 May 1926 at Manilla, Victoria Co., Ontario, Canada. She was 24, spinster, farmer's daughter, United Church, born and living in Manilla, able to read and write. He was 24, bachelor, farmer, born in Bowmanville, living in Manilla, able to read and write. Roy Elsworth Johnston and Mabel Mildred Johnston witnessed the marriage.
