He was 25, bachelor, farm labourer, born in England, living in Brock Twp., United Church, able to read and write. His surname was Hanchett. Mrs. (?) Snoddon and Mrs. C. Alldred witnessed the marriage. Alice died in 1984 at age 77 years.
