Ellen Ferguson

     Ellen Ferguson was also known as Nellie Ferguson. She was born on Sunday, 12 August 1888. She and William James McAllister, son of Robert C. McAllister and Annie Conley, were married by Presbyterian Minister William Munro on Wednesday, 24 April 1912 at District of Manitoulin, Ontario, Canada. She was 23, spinster, farmer's daughter, living in Carnarvon Twp., Presbyterian. He was 26, bachelor, farmer, Presbyterian, living in Carnarvon Twp. Albert Joseph Campbell and Ida Mable Bond witnessed the marriage. Ellen died on Tuesday, 16 December 1930 at Lot 17, Concession 6, Carnarvon Twp., District of Manitoulin, Ontario, Canada, at age 42 years, 4 months and 4 days, due to breast cancer. Dr. Robert Davis attended at the death. William James McAllister was listed as the informant. She was buried on Thursday, 18 December 1930 at Mindemosa Cemetery, Mindemoya, Ontario, Canada.
