Mary Anne Ganton

     Mary Anne Ganton was born on Wednesday, 14 May 1845 at Reach Twp., Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada. She and Edward Phoenix, son of John Reid Phoenix and Elizabeth Bassingthwaite, were married on Tuesday, 21 March 1865 at Uxbridge, Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada. Mary died on Saturday, 8 October 1921 at Reach Twp., Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada, at age 76 years, 4 months and 24 days, due to hypostatic pneumonia, duration of 14 days. William John Thomas Phoenix and Dr. F. E. Mellow attended at the death. She was buried on Tuesday, 11 October 1921 at Greenbank Cemetery, Reach Twp., Ontario Co., Ontario, Canada.
