Roxanna Hodgkinson was baptized, Sunday, 14 May 1815 at 12 Mile Creek, Lincoln Co., Upper Canada. Reverend Robert Addison witnessed the baptism. She and Mathew McMullen were married on Wednesday, 12 January 1820 at Niagara, Lincoln Co., Ontario, Canada. She petitioned for land on Tuesday, 10 April 1821 from Grantham Twp., Lincoln Co., Upper Canada. She was praying for 200 acres of land, and permits Alexander Stewart of Niagara to be her agent.
