Charles Peter Hebner was born circa 1803 at Markham Twp., Upper Canada. He and Mary Elizabeth Schell, daughter of Mark Schell and Delila Casler, were married by Reverend William Jenkins on Thursday, 19 December 1822 at Richmond Hill, York Co., Ontario, Canada West. John Schell and Henry Hebner witnessed the marriage.
